Otter Creek was founded in 2023 and is the evolution of a multi-generation family business with over three decades of developing and investing in real estate. Otter Creek manages a portfolio of 40+ single and small multi-tenant properties and seeks to expand through new acquisitions.

 

We travel from coast to coast, but as Georgia natives, we have a particular focus on the Southeast and a deep conviction in the future growth of these markets.
